Learn practical tips and techniques for incorporating sustainable, mood-boosting ingredients into your daily meals, as well as wellness tools with Sama Trinder, bhuti founder, yoga teacher and energy healer to promote relaxation and improve digestion.
The day retreat will consist of-
10:30am: Arrival
10.45am: Check-in and introductions
11am: Introduction, spring smoothie workshop and explore your inner gut garden discussion with Cara
12.30pm: Nutritious gut-loving-grazing lunch on the terrace
1.30pm: Rest & digest breathwork
2.30pm: Walk in woodland
3.30pm: Fire ceremony with tea bar and bhuti balls
