bhuti offers more than just yoga in perfect balance to any of your fitness regimes, including barre, pilates and high-intensity training, HIIT or bhuti burn as we like to call it. our classes are small so you will always have the right attention and direction from our teachers.
Pilates is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance. It supports correct posture and teaches us to move with ease and grace. The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

bhuti burn is a HIIT inspired class, 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training. It burns the brown adipose fat more effectively than low -intensity exercise, up to 50 % more effectively. our bhuti burn class will help speed up your metabolism which will help burn more calories throughout the day. Beginners welcome, the body will work as hard as the mind pushes it.
bhuti barre is a concept class infusing classic barre movement, yoga asana and pilates. Combing deep, indulgent stretches with classic ballet moves, with a focus on strength and flexibility. This dynamic, fast-paced, flowing class will not only challenge you physically but will also energise you mentally, with a focus on strength and flexibility. Expect to work with balls weights and resistance bands.
