Alex is a facilitator, shamanic craftswoman, ceremonialist and conscious coach, reconnecting individuals with themselves and with The All.
With over 20 years of training in ancient shamanic practices, guided by indigenous elders and medicine women from Peru and Mexico, combined with 5 years of intensive training in systemic constellation therapy, I have developed my own practice, Be One Again, which integrates somatic body therapy, shamanism, energy work and coaching - bringing together the heart, soul, spirit, mind and body through creativity, nature and the senses.
