Areas for adjustment, healing and exploration are highlighted and through reflection, coaching, energy awareness and somatic release, are integrated and transformed. An energy frequency tune-up will bring you and your energy field into greater balance and alignment; leaving you grounded, connected to your bigger picture - and inspired for your next step.

Message from Delilah:

We will begin our session at bhuti on Richmond Hill, heading into local areas of outstanding beauty. Walking will be at a gentle pace, for up to 5 miles (some incline, and possibly steps) with regular pauses and moments for reflection. As we walk in the present-moment, you can expect mindful observations, and therefore I ask no pets or small children accompany us. Just you, as you are. We will walk whatever the weather – so please come prepared. Walking in the rain is often the best! Walking boots (or trainers in summer) are recommended, as are warm layers, waterproofs, sun lotions, plenty of water to drink and anything else you may need. We will return to Bhuti as our finishing point, where you will be greeted with complimentary tea/coffee and time, if desired, for quiet reflection. Whilst the session is intended for 2 hours, please allow for some fluctuation in finishing.

Through facilitating energetic shifts and alignment, a sense of beauty and presence are evoked as well as deeper realisations and self-awareness. Through discussion and gentle guidance, she helps clients make sense of their situation – be it professionally or personally – and integrate their newfound centre of gravity let go, and experience increased personal freedom, inner joy and peace.
