5ElementDance™️ therapy is a movement practice that leads body, mind, and heart into a restorative state. Vena will lead you through gentle movement sequences chosen to address the issue you would like to address. You don’t need previous experience of movement meditation.
The practice works by bringing specific qualities into the body’s movements. This is a deep self care session that will rejuvenate body, mind, and heart.
5ElementDance is a movement meditation method created during lockdown by Vena Ramphal, a celebrated dance artist, certified Leadership Coach, and scholar of yoga philosophy.
