Our experiences, wisdom, and knowledge are exactly what the world needs. We will not be overlooked or diminished. We are here to take up space, loudly and proudly. 
 
During the day, alongside the Valerie team, we will guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery and liberation.

Together, we’ll break the silence, challenge the status quo, and reclaim the space that has always been ours.

10:30-11am
 Opening Ceremony with Sama.

No more playing small. No more staying quiet. We’re kicking off with unapologetic intention- committing to taking back our voices and our full power. 

11am-12pm
Movement and Breathwork with Natasha De Grunwald.
 
For too long, we’ve held our breath, braced ourselves, and shrunk to fit the mould. Not here. Not today. Through breath and movement, we’ll release what’s been stuck, break free from the tension we’ve carried, and remind our bodies what it feels like to take up space - fully, freely, and without apology. 

12-1pm
Lunch 
Fuel up. Connect. No small talk, real unfiltered conversations. 
  


1-2:30pm
Riverside Walk and Forest Bathing with Linda Prigarska.
 
Strip away the noise. Step into something bigger than yourself, we’ll explore how  
nature moves through the seasons without restriction and control. 
 


3-4pm
Voice Activation with Sama

You’ve been told to quiet down, to soften your edges, to be polite. F*ck that. It’s time to turn the volume all the way up - we’ll practice using our voice even if it shakes.  


4-5pm
Movement with Sama. 

No stiffness, no hesitation, no second-guessing. Just you, moving with the full force of who you are. Wild and free. Take up space. Own it. This is just the beginning.

Certified Forest Bathing Guide | Well-Being Specialist
Linda grew up living in harmony with nature and discovered the Japanese practice of ‘shinrin-yoku’ (Forest Bathing) in 2020 while navigating a difficult time. She is now the first UK Forest Bathing Guide, recognized by Dr. Qing Li, the pioneer of this Japanese, science-backed practice. She has been certified by The Forest Bathing Institute (UK) and the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine (Japan).

A Londoner with over 15 years of experience working in high-pressure corporate environments, Linda understands the challenges of stress, burnout, and the demands of modern life. She now offers a gentle yet powerful way to reset, recharge, and restore balance through nature-based mindfulness experiences.
Forest Bathing has been proven to reduce stress, boost immunity, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. Linda’s method is designed to help anyone reconnect with themselves, find calm, and build resilience- no prior experience needed.

Natasha de Grunwald

Author, International Breathwork, Trauma & Somatic expert.

She is the founder of the Trauma Release Method and Seismic Orgasmic Breath experience.

Based in London and Brighton she travels internationally to facilitate Breathwork events and to teach healing methods for mind, body and soul.  As a powerful speaker and advocate for trauma and Somatic healing she runs events, workshops and retreats along with 1:1 client work. 

With 4 decades of experience as a leader practising and teaching holistic and complimentary therapies her passion and expertise centres around Breathwork, nervous system regulation, trauma healing, Somatic modalities, inner child and shadow work, myofascial touch, ancient healing practices, nutrition and powerful coaching. 

Sama Trinder

Multi-disciplinary Wellbeing Practitioner

I am both energy worker and entrepreneur. The founder of  an award winning boutique hotel/Members club and wellbeing business, and a senior qualified yoga teacher and space holder.

At the age of 21, I took over my family's B&B, and had the vision to transform it into a boutique hotel with Michelin star restaurant. While raising a young family, I made it challenging, and surviving a severe mental health crisis at 29 was the turning point and catalyst for change.

Despite the challenges I was inspired to open a second, my dream business and in 2016 I created an eco wellbeing escape, bhuti which occupied a premium 5000sq ft space in South West London, it now is a soul health brand, offering things in multiple ways and locations.
