Urban Ice Tribe
Founder Ryan Holmes began his journey during a challenging time in his life, seeking holistic tools to support his father’s health and his own wellbeing. When he stepped into an ice barrel during lockdown, something clicked—he felt present for the first time in a long time. That moment sparked what is now Urban Ice Tribe, a movement and brand dedicated to nervous system support, personal transformation, and human connection.
Ryan, a world record holder and breathwork facilitator, brings a trauma-informed approach to his work, helping individuals regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their inner resilience through breath and cold exposure.
Alongside him is Rebecca Wilson, co-founder and embodiment guide. Rebecca's background in somatic movement and cellular nourishment supports individuals in reclaiming inner vitality and deepening their relationship with the body. Her work complements Urban Ice Tribe’s offerings with a strong focus on alignment, grounding, and feminine wisdom.
