Align Meditation

You will learn the most ancient form of meditation vedic mediation but with an add on. As the world is different from what it was thousands of years ago. We have many more distractions, our phones etc and people have felt it increasingly difficult to commit to a daily regular meditation practice. Sitting still for 20 minutes twice a day can seem impossible and it’s harder to enter the meditative state.

This course enters you into our daily meditation practice community to help build your own daily practice.

We will learn Present Moment Awareness, Breath Awareness and Vedic (mantra) meditation over the duration.

Each week we will discuss the theory of the meditative process, follow simple instruction into meditation, meditate together for 20 minutes and have a short sharing to discuss what has been revealed. Most importantly have some guidance on how to continue the practice daily at home.

Includes optional 20 minute daily meditation at 7am via the same zoom link with Sama.

About Sama

I discovered meditation after a mental health crisis in 2009, first learning Deepak Chopras Primordial Sound Meditation and later Vedic Meditation (the most ancient form) with London Meditation Centre. Having completed a number of meditation trainings, still learning and being a busy working mum of 2 I understand how hard it can be to establish a regular practice, so my intention is to introduce you or if you have already have a practice, a reminder of the life changing benefits of Meditation.
