Classes incorporate vinyasa flow and breath awareness and focus on the five principles of non violence/respect for others (ahimsa), sound/music (nada), spiritual study(shastra), devotion (bhakti) and meditation (dhyana), which are all cleverly woven through the sequences.
Although rooted in ancient Indian yoga philosophy Jivamukti has been adapted perfectly to modern life and is suitable for all levels and is practiced globally.
