Keynote Speaker | DR Nerina Ramlakham

Dr Nerina has been transforming sleep for almost 30 years, working with thousands of individuals and world-renowned organisations, including Chelsea FC, corporate leaders, emergency services, and those recovering from serious illness. Having overcome her own lifelong struggles with insomnia, her approach blends science, philosophy, storytelling, and practical insights- delivered with a touch of humour.

In this engaging keynote, Dr Nerina will explore:

-The science behind sleep, productivity, and performance
-Debunking common sleep myths
-The concept of ‘perfectionistic sleep’ and how trying too hard may be affecting you
-How our nervous system impacts deep sleep and energy recovery
-Practical techniques to improve sleep, from bedtime rituals to energy management
-Taster meditations to help you drift off easily and return to sleep if you wake
-The 5 Non-Negotiables for resetting your relationship with sleep (Optional deep dives into sleep and menopause, shift work, and athletic performance will be available.)

Afterwards, you will experience a healing SleepScape Yoga Nidra, to promote healing and a deep rest accompanied by sound by energy worker, Yoga Therapist & bhuti founder Sama. The hours experience will include Breathwork some gentle movement, a powerful yoga Nidra visualisation meditation to soothe you into a restorative slumber .
