Join Kathryn and Sama to awaken your feminine creative power and step into your leadership, while retaining your feminine energy and integrity. This half day workshop will take place at the beautiful Bingham Riverhouse, Richmond and will be a celebration of the feminine, prior to International Women’s Day.

Combining Kundalini yoga, breath-work, meditation, sound healing, conscious dance and a sharing circle, this is wonderful opportunity to gather with women to uplift, empower and support one another.

What to expect-

11am-12pm: Introduction, Breathwork and kriya to shift blocks, create flow, inner strength, and resilience.

12-1pm: Sharing in small groups and Chant Meditation to open the heart.

1-2pm: Plant-based seasonal lunch.

2-3pm: Opening to Joy and creative flow; conscious joyful dance, sound healing and mantra meditation for feminine energy.

3-4pm: Collective sharing, feedback, insights.

Kathryn McCusker

Kathryn McCusker has been teaching Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound therapy worldwide for over twenty years. She is certified Kundalini Research Institute level one and two teacher and a Conscious Pregnancy and Radiant Child teacher. Kathryn is also a Reiki Master and a reflexologist.

Kathryn has been Professional Opera singer for over twenty years and she is the author of ‘Everyday Kundalini’, which has been translated into Dutch, Italian and French and has been featured in publications such as Women’s Health, The Guardian, The Times and Yoga Magazine.

She was the founder of KMYOGA studio in Sydney, a successful dedicated Kundalini Yoga and event studio which she ran for four years.


Kathryn is the founder of KALM WELLBEING, a space to inspire and support women of every stage of life through the healing modalities of yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing. She has been featured on BBC Sound’s Music & Meditation Podcast with NAO. Her episode, ‘Power of Connection’, featured an original mantra meditation composed by Ben Ponniah.

Sama Trinder

Sama is a multi-disciplinary wellbeing expert. Blending her life/work experience from entrepreneur to single mum with 20 years of studies in yoga and other modalities to help people from all walks of life release stress, and rediscover their joy.

“Yoga has been a lifeline for me, coming from a family of addicts and generally struggling with life, it has given me a raft on which to navigate life’s storms. My mission is to help as many people as I can deal with stress the modern world’s biggest killer, and live a more balanced and joyful life.”

Sama founded ‘bhuti’ an eco wellbeing escape in 2016 oering yoga, therapies and courses. In 2023 bhuti left its building and is now nomadic located in the gardens of Bingham Riverhouse, (the members’ club she also founded), online, and offering yoga, meditation, Pilates, workshops and things for the mind, body and soul to flourish.
