Sunday 1st February | 11am
Join Lou Hamilton in the tranquil dome at Bingham Riverhouse for a Creative Journaling Workshop that celebrates play, intuition, and self-expression.
Through mark-making and collage, you’ll explore your natural creativity - not by vision boarding future goals, but by tuning into what inspires and uplifts you in the present moment. This gentle, meditative process helps release stress, spark joy and reconnect you with what feels meaningful now.
It’s an act of self-love and wellbeing - a chance to breathe, flow and rediscover your fun, curiosity and creative essence in a nurturing circle of like-minded souls.
