We are delighted to welcome Tara Ghosh, certified hormone and women’s health coach, as our next guest speaker in the bhuti Salon series. In this intimate and insightful evening, Tara will guide us through the powerful relationship between hormones, wellbeing and the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle. By understanding these rhythms, women can better support their bodies through life’s key transitions - from puberty and postpartum to perimenopause.
After a successful ten-year career as a solicitor, Tara transitioned into the wellness world and now dedicates her work to supporting women and families in better understanding their hormonal health and the rhythms of the body.
During the evening Tara will explore:
• How hormones influence energy, mood and overall wellbeing
• Understanding the menstrual cycle through the lens of the four seasons
• The foundations of hormonal health, including stress and blood sugar balance
• Simple, practical ways to support hormonal balance in everyday life

About Tara
Tara Ghosh is a certified hormone coach and women’s health advocate dedicated to helping women and teens embrace their hormonal health. After a decade-long career as a solicitor, Tara transitioned into wellness in 2015 following her personal experiences with Hashimoto’s, digestive health issues, PMDD, and postpartum challenges. Drawing on a decade spent in Asia, where she studied alternative therapies including abdominal massage, Tara combines practical self-care strategies with a deep understanding of hormonal science to guide clients through key transitions such as puberty, postpartum, and perimenopause.
