Vedic Meditation for modern times with a 5-phase set-up for a more easeful meditation 

However, the world is different from what it was thousands of years ago. We have many more distractions, our phones, et cetera it is increasingly difficult to commit to a daily regular meditation practice.

We often can't or don't want to sit still for 20 minutes twice a day, and once we do find it harder to enter the meditative state.

Inspired by recent research and Meditation teachings, we have adapted a pre-phase to the Meditation

A short course also includes our daily meditation practice community to help build your own daily practice.

This course enters you into our daily meditation practice community to help build your own daily practice.

We will learn Present Moment Awareness, Breath Awareness and Vedic (mantra) meditation over the duration.

Each week we will discuss the theory of the meditative process, follow simple instruction into meditation, most importantly have some guidance on how to continue the practice daily at home.

Includes optional 20 minute daily meditation via the same zoom link with Sama.
