As your energy begins to flow, Anne layers in her voice and Singing Bowls, sounding gently into your body until a sense of ease returns. A Chinese Wind Gong is then swayed over your crown, quieting the mind, while soft drumbeats over your heart and the shimmering sounds of Rainstick, Sansula, Koshi and Peace Bells wash over you.
