Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
These workshops are limited to 30 participants, and Instructors often choose to keep them much smaller. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.
If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Breathing- This practice has many benefits including, lowering inflammation in the body, increased red blood cell count, more energy, improves focus and concentration, lowers anxiety, changes the PH in the blood, helps to connect to the unconscious mind, improves performance and recovery, is used like meditation amongst and the list goes on.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

When I booked this I knew it would be a real mental and physical challenge for me. I can honestly say I could not have done this without Ash’s support and guidance. Setting the scene with the science and theory behind why breathing and cold therapy is good for us was extremely useful. However, working as a group and then finally taking the plunge under the watchful eye of Ash was on another level!! He held my hands and guided me through focussing on my breath throughout the ice bath. bhuti is a beautiful and welcoming venue and the snacks were very tasty. Our instructor Ash was very supportive as I was nervous about attending. He reassured me and made me feel safe and included. The venue was 5* with the exercise studio, outside garden and light refreshments in the cafe. The venue was also easy to access using public transport. Ash talked through the presentation and explained the benefits of the course. He answered all our questions with ease. Ash has a lovely fun, happy, light manner and he explained all the biology. Learning about Wim Hof and his methods as well as the benefits Ash has inspired me to continue with the mobile application too. Our group had a fabulous energy as two participants had married the day before and were very upbeat. It was lovely to meet new people, learn about my body and experience something new. I didn't think I could do the ice bath but with Ash's confidence in me and instruction through the breathing techniques at every stage I discovered inner confidence. Ash is an amazing teacher! From the beginng he knew all our names and made us feel welcomed and spoke to us before the workshop started.
The workshop was full on information, motivational stories and backed by science. The ice bath at the end was like a rebirth!
Also the location is really beautiful. Bhuti is a cosy spa located on Richmond Hill with a wonderful relaxation room and amenities. Not to mention the snacks offered were made by locals and were amazing - mouth-watering.
