Wim Hof Method Breathing Class

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind.

The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. The instructor briefly covers safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. The instructor will guide you throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation.

Who is this class for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Our instructor Ash was very supportive as I was nervous about attending. He reassured me and made me feel safe and included. The venue was 5* with the exercise studio, outside garden and light refreshments in the cafe. The venue was also easy to access using public transport. Ash talked through the presentation and explained the benefits of the course. He answered all our questions with ease. Ash has a lovely fun, happy, light manner and he explained all the biology. Learning about Wim Hof and his methods as well as the benefits Ash has inspired me to continue with the mobile application too. Our group had a fabulous energy as two participants had married the day before and were very upbeat. It was lovely to meet new people, learn about my body and experience something new. I didn't think I could do the ice bath but with Ash's confidence in me and instruction through the breathing techniques at every stage I discovered inner confidence. Ash is an amazing teacher! From the beginng he knew all our names and made us feel welcomed and spoke to us before the workshop started.
The workshop was full on information, motivational stories and backed by science. The ice bath at the end was like a rebirth!
Also the location is really beautiful. Bhuti is a cosy spa located on Richmond Hill with a wonderful relaxation room and amenities. Not to mention the snacks offered were made by locals and were amazing - mouth-watering.
I highly recommend Ash and the workshop to anyone.
