Based on the principles of Intuitive Eating, this introduction to a 10 week programme helps you quit the dieting cycle and find balance with your emotions, health and weight.
It challenges the perceptions of the media, diet companies, our social and cultural conditioning, whilst helping you to build a positive relationship with food and your self-image.
The workshop will reveal the lies about the diet industry and how they are responsible for keeping you in a destructive cycle of not feeling good enough or failing on diets.
If you are weight, health or body conscious - this workshop is for you. It will open your mind into how you can have a positive relationship with yourself and find your optimal weight whilst loving the body you are in.
