Saturday 27th April - 9:30-11:00am
We shall start off with a strong + mindful practice, designed to activate the metabolism and set you up for the weekend. This session will explore how postures and breath-work (with their focus on stilling the thought waves of the mind) can have notable effects through the gut-brain axis on conditions such as IBS, IBD, diverticulitis and colitis.
We will journey through the digestive system and learn how to discuss how to reduce tension at the gut, with an Overview of specific conditions from medical and Ayurvedic perspectives.
We will finish the session with a Chris James vegan breakfast banquet, prepared lovingly by the Bhuti Café.
