If our thoughts create our reality, and experience then Meditation is the ultimate life changing wellness tool. A way of detoxing the mind, but also heightening our intuition, and what’s available if you want it is to be able to transcend it into higher states of consciousness.

Meditation can be effortless and effective, yet some of us find it hard to stick to a regular practice.

We will learn Present Moment Awareness, Breath Awareness and Mantra meditation over the 4 weeks.

Each week we will discuss the theory of the meditative process, follow simple instruction into meditation, meditate together for 20 minutes and have a short sharing to discuss what has been revealed. Most importantly have some guidance on how to continue the practice daily at home.

"I discovered meditation after a mental health crisis in 2009, first learning Deepak Chopras Primordial Sound Meditation and later Vedic Meditation (the most ancient form) with London Meditation Centre. Having completed a number of meditation trainings, still learning and being a busy working mum of 2 I understand how hard it can be to establish a regular practice, so my intention is to introduce you or if you have already have a practice, a reminder of the life changing benefits of Meditation."
