Join Lana online for Mindful breath, family friendly meditation and yoga Practice with your little ones.
Focus of the workshop is to use Yoga breath, Meditation and Hatha flow yoga sequence for parents and children to enjoy yoga together and to support bonding, communication, stretch, relaxation and breath awareness.
Additionally Learn bedtime stretches, yoga focus games and breathing techniques to take home with you.
Particular attention will be placed on families Mindfulness, developing gratitude and total Family Zen.
We will breathe, do yoga, stretch, meditate and have fun on the mats together.
