At this potent phase, the end of summer the beginning of winter it's a time for quietening, dreaming and envisioning and connecting to your inner wisdom.
A retreat is a liminal space in which away from our usual routine or setting we can reflect, rewind, require and return renewed ready for the next phase.
This restorative day will include:
- KaiYin (martial art for the mind through release of the body)
- Therapeutic yoga + Meditation+ sound healing
- Voice Activation
- Time in nature
- Journaling
- Healthy lunch + snacks

Sama is a yoga teacher and therapist practicing for 20 years and teaching for 10, she holds 500hr+ diplomas in Hatha Yoga, Karuna (Iyegnar inspired yoga), and Yoga therapy. Also trained in teaching Yin, meditation and Bhakti Yoga (Kirtan). Sama is a Reiki Master completing her Master training in 2019, and is currently on a Shamanic Healing Training and Journey.
Sama teaches at her well-being space bhuti in Richmond London, Livewell Community centre in Kew, for corporate events, retreats, charities and one-to-one. She is a single mother of two children aged 20 and 11, and a business owner.
