Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan - is a powerful ancient yogic technology that uses the movement of your breath (pranayama), movement of your body(asana) and sound (mantra) to bring harmony to your body mind spirit. You will gain a deeper understanding of the tools used in Kundalini Yoga and have the opportunity to put them into practice.
