Curious and interested in keeping a mindful journal, but not sure how to begin?
This workshop will give you the inspiration and encouragement you need to make downloading what is in your head and heart part of your mindful life.
Anyone with a pen, paper, and open mind can join. You do not need to be a writer to experience the power of writing things down. Keeping a mindful journal is an amazing wellbeing tool and a great way to find calm and clarity, become more present, spark creativity, make sense of all the chit chat in your brain and much more.
In this workshop, you will get: Inspiration, tips & techniques. We cover the benefits and how to journal. We explore different tools and techniques. We share thoughts and ideas.
Keeping a journal can be just as hard as committing to running, eating healthier and creating other good, new habits. Writer, life designer mentor and yoga teacher Karin Graabaek Helledie will inspire and guide you to find a way that works for you.
She also hosts Good Life Designed designer circles here in Bhuti, and her experience and passion for the power of words comes from a long career as an author + journalist and professional and personal engagement in the spiritual yoga world.
