Spiritual Healing

Spiritual Healing

Spiritual Healing centres around empowering each individual to tap to their own innate ability to achieve a perfect state of balance in body, mind and spirit with the healer acting as a channel for the healing, much like a conduit, to help bring this about with positive intent. It has no specific religious or spiritual beliefs and is open to all. It can be given to create a sense of balance and calm within without any specific illness or for a specific illness, stress or injury as a complementary therapy without any side effects.

Healing is a process that involves the full commitment of the client to embrace and acknowledge their own ability to self-heal with the support of the healer. A willingness to change is a fundamental requirement within this process, a healing cannot be imposed upon the client by the therapist, it is about one’s own acceptance and desire for a positive result, rather than a magic cure which does not exist.

During the session after a consultation, depending on your needs, you may experience a meditation, breathwork or healing scripts to help take you to a more accepting place ready for your healing journey.

The healing is couch based and you will remain fully clothed. Only shoes and heavy adornments including belts and jewellery will need to be removed. The practitioner will work hands on or off depending on your needs, as with many other forms of healing you may feel sensations, hot, cold, tingling or go off in to your own meditative journey.

At the end there will be a short time for discussion, any recommendations/advice and you will leave feeling fully grounded and present. No guarantee can or will be made about the outcome of any healing modality and it is not a replacement for seeking medical advice or replacement of any medical requirements including medication.
