Jason Moore is a mindfulness coach, theatre director and writer. He believes mindfulness is a technique we can all learn easily learn and adds great value to our busy lives. Jason has taught mindfulness in schools in London and was invited to speak about the benefits in Norway. He teaches children and adults how to be clearer with the choices we make. He has created a program of mindfulness for schools and his practice is very unique as Jason also uses the arts and drama to best serve those taking part in his workshops where this demonstrates the understanding of an important way to feel free from things that bother us and be fully create.
