CST is a form of bodywork that is characterised by light and non-invasive hand contacts. Many people report however that although the touch is gentle, their experience of CST is deeply profound. Life offers both physical and emotional challenges for us to overcome at any age. CST helps to reduce stress levels and encourages balance. Those who have had treatment say it is deeply relaxing and promotes vitality.

Some people decide to have CST because they have acute physical symptoms such as a bad back or tension headaches, but others come with longstanding problems, both physical and emotional. Mothers bring their babies with conditions arising from difficult and traumatic deliveries, and will often have treatment themselves throughout pregnancy as well as post-natal. This work is ideal for both the young and the elderly because of its sensitive approach.
